HomeProTek offers a 15 day refund warranty and a 60 day replacement warranty on all of our products. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. In order to be covered by this warranty you must have a valid order number in our system. This warranty does not cover normal wear or abuse.
All products are checked and tested before they are shipped, but occasionally damage occurs in shipping. When you receive your product, you should always examine it immediately and notify HomeProTek of any damage or defects in workmanship. The warranty starts from the date you receive it, not the date you open it. HomeProTek is not responsible for any damage that may have occurred in packages that are not reported during the warranty period.
HomeProTek warrants against manufacturing defects and damage in shipment. All umbrellas are examined and prechecked before shipment, so it is very unlikely you will receive an umbrella that is not in working order when you receive it. We do not warrant against wind damage. Proper care of your patio umbrella includes using common sense to close the umbrella and/or to put it away if wind is expected. HomeProTek will not replace or refund patio umbrellas that have been damaged by the wind. Similarly, HomeProTek does not warrant against color fading due to prolonged exposure to the sun. Proper care of your patio umbrella includes protecting it from harmful ultraviolet rays when the umbrella is not in use.
HomeProTek offers a 15 day 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products we sell. If within 15 days of your purchase date you are not happy for any reason with your product we will provide you with a refund or exchange, provided the product is in good condition. After 15 days, HomeProTek will replace or repair a product at our option, if it is still within its original 60 day warranty period. In order to receive your refund or exchange you must follow the RMA process below.
In no case will HomeProTek accept returns with out an approved RMA.
To request an RMA, please fill out our RMA request form below. If you have any questions or concerns please contact email@example.com. You will need to provide your order number and the email you used to register on the site, so please have them available before you begin the RMA process. You will be contacted within 2 business days. You may be asked to submit additional information, such as photos of the defective/damaged product before your RMA is approved.Once your RMA has been issued and approved you will be emailed a return packing slip. Please send your products back to us at your expense. Include everything that came with your product. Please mail your product back to us in a timely manner; returns not postmarked within 7 days from the date your RMA was approved will be charged a 15% restocking fee.Please print out your RMA slip and enclose it in the return package. Returns without an RMA slip will be refused.Please allow 7 to 14 business days after we have received your return for final processing. You will receive refunds in the same manner the order was originally paid with.
The customer is solely responsible for shipping and returning products to HomeProTek. The customer agrees to return products at their expense and to use reputable carriers that are capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the returned item. The customer further agrees to pay all costs associated with returning a product. Returns without sufficient postage will be refused. Please note: shipping is not refundable.
Products must be returned in a complete and re-sellable condition. For incomplete returns, HomeProTek reserves the sole right to reject all of the return, reject part of the return or charge an additional restocking fee sufficient to cover the missing components.
